Peppered Orange Barbecue Shrimp

SAUCE

Squeeze to obtain:

-           1/2       cup                  freshly squeezed orange juice (2 oranges)

Crush and mince:

2          -           -                       cloves of garlic

Mince:

4          -           -                       jalepeño peppers

Combine the preceding ingredients with:

-           2/3       cup                  chili sauce

2          -           teaspoons        mustard

MEAT

24        -           -                       jumbo shrimp

A)  Soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes.
B)  Place 3 shrimp on each skewer.
C)  Reserve some of sauce. Brush shrimp with sauce that remains.
D) Preheat grill. Grill shrimp turning once.
E)  Brush with additional sauce.
F)  Continue grilling until shells turn pink (about 2 minutes per side).
